1. What should I bring to class?

Please bring grip socks, water, and comfortable workout clothes. We have socks available for purchase.

2. Do I need prior experience to join a class?

No, you do not need prior experience to join our classes. We offer beginner-friendly sessions and encourage new clients to start with our introductory classes or private sessions.

 

3. How do I book a class?

You can book a class easily through our website or mobile app. Simply create an account, browse our schedule, and select the class that works best for you.

4.  How do I know which class is right for me?

If you’re new to Pilates, we recommend starting with our Beginner Pilates class or booking a Private Session to get personalized guidance. Our instructors are always happy to provide advice on which classes suit your fitness level and goals.

5. Can I purchase a gift card?

Yes! Gift cards are available for any denomination and can be used for classes, memberships, or private sessions. You can purchase them directly through our website.

6. What is your cancellation policy?

We have a 12 hour cancellation policy for group classes. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so within this timeframe to avoid being charged for the class.

7. Do you offer membership options?

Yes, we offer a variety of membership plans that include access to a set number of classes per month. Members receive additional benefits like discounted rates on private sessions and priority booking for popular classes.

8. Do you have a waiting list for fully booked classes?

Yes, if a class is fully booked, you can add yourself to the waiting list. If a spot becomes available, you will be notified and automatically added to the class.
